File eMails with search - not scroll + Pin the Sidebar

In the previous versions, you could file emails away by typing the name of the folder in a "search" function that would pull up the folder. This reduced/eliminated the need to scroll to file away every email. You could also PIN the sidebar of Folders for easy drag and drop. These are crucial for FAST email filing.
