Mobile: floating pill menu should be static menu bar
The floating pill shortcut menu in mobile Inboxes covers an email at the bottom of the screen. Since that email's info is simply not usable info anymore due to being covered partially by the pill menu, why jumble the bottom of the screen with a floating pill menu and parts of an email? Solution: just make it a clean, static menu bar.
Nobody is going to use the info that one email is trying to show us if it's covered, so a simpler inbox is preferred if that info is not available...
