Mobile: left menu, account access inbox directly
On mobile, when clicking on an account name, it should immediately open the inbox for the account. When clicking the right arrow to the right of an account name, the app should open the subfolders for that account.
Currently, tapping both opens the subfolders, but I'd bet that 95% of the time, folks want their inbox when opening an account.
