Put reply and forward at the top, not the bottom
The newest message sits at the top of a thread, but the reply and forward buttons are all the way at the bottom by the oldest one. So to reply I have to scroll all the way down every single time, which is brutal on a conversation that's been running for weeks. And the quick actions don't include reply either, so there's no shortcut around it. Please move reply and forward up top where the newest message is.
