Please add a three panel view!
I'd have switched to Newton already if it had a real three-panel view. Seeing the folder sidebar, my message list, and the open email all at once is how I focus. Right now each email takes over the whole screen, and clicking in and out means I can't scan down my inbox while I read. It throws me off every time and the bulk of my job includes reading emails. Honestly it's surprising, you've got read receipts, AI, and anti-tracking, but not the side-by-side reading view? I understand that the app is supposed to be more minimalistic, but I would appreciate at least the choice. And you can have a three panel view and still have it be minimalistic.
Two other things: let me save a recipient to a template, since a lot of mine always go to the same center and retyping the address defeats the purpose. And let my labels show in their Gmail colors, ideally with a count per label.
